TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Only in case the convention is cancelled.

2. ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are tentative and subject to change as film and television work demands take precedence as can a personal conflict. Our event will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book replacements) and therefore we cannot issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance contract. Of course we will always refund separately purchased photo ops and autograph tickets for a guest if they cancel.

3. Still photography is for personal use only - public dissemination and commercial use strictly prohibited.

4. By attending Basauri Con you agree to allow your image to be used on our website and in news documentaries or stories, either filmed by Basauri Con crew or other entities.

5. Security

Instructions from security staff must be obeyed.
Weapons and other dangerous items will not be allowed at the convention.
Advertising and promotion of political and religious organizations is not allowed.
The Security staff is authorized to check bags during the convention.
The Organizers are free to remove persons from the convention, if the behavior of these are in danger for the other attendees, if they are disturbing the order of events, or if their behavior is unacceptable. In this case the convention fee refund is canceled. This is also valid in case the theatre staff is removing the person!!

6. Liability

the Organizers are only responsible for gross negligence and intent.
The initiator is responsible for the damage of property and persons.

7. Basauri Con is not affiliated or endorsed by MGM Television Entertainment, Stargate Productions, Showtime Networks, Inc. or NBC / Universal. No infringement of copyright is intended. Images used herein for publicity purposed only. Events are gatherings for fans.

8. We are not responsible of any problems with the booking of the hotel.

9. You are allowed to take photos during the first 10 minutes of the panels.

10. You can give gifts to the celebrities attending the event.

11. Children under 13 years old are not allowed to attend the convention.

12. Purchasing a ticket to the event you agree to these terms and conditions.
